The VP of Specialty Oncology role serves as the Franchise Leader for NavDx across Head & Neck, GI, and Gynecologic cancers, with full accountability for strategy, brand marketing, market shaping, and pipeline. This leader owns the commercial and medical education ecosystem for NavDx, driving adoption, clinical integration, and long-term franchise value, while orchestrating upstream marketing (product lifecycle management, indication expansion), downstream marketing (brand strategy, targeting, messaging, selling directions), Medical Education, KOL engagement. <h2>Core Accountabilities</h2> <h3>Franchise Strategy & P&L Ownership</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Translate clinical evidence and market insights into strategic priorities and investments</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Shape lifecycle expansion, new indications, and guideline inclusion strategies</li> </ul> <h3>Market Shaping & Disease Leadership</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Lead market shaping strategies to redefine standards of care in surveillance and MRD monitoring</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner with Medical Affairs to develop evidence generation and publication strategy that supports guideline inclusion, clinical adoption and payer coverage</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Establish NavDx as the reference standard across academic and community settings</li> </ul> <h3>Upstream Marketing Leadership</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Lead indication strategy, value proposition, and positioning by tumor type</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Align evidence generation priorities with Medical Affairs and R&D</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ensure strategy is grounded in unmet clinical need and differentiated value</li> </ul> <h3>Downstream Marketing & Activation</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Lead downstream marketing teams responsible for campaigns, congress strategy, and field enablement</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ensure translation of strategy into field-ready programs that accelerate adoption</li> </ul> <h3>Medical Education Leadership & Thought Leader Engagement</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Partner with Operations and Finance to deliver forecasting, demand planning, and performance insights</li> </ul> <h3>Cross-Functional Leadership</h3> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Represent the franchise in executive and strategic planning forums</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">12+ years in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or biopharma</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Proven franchise or portfolio leadership experience inclusive of brand marketing/management leadership</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Deep experience across upstream/downstream marketing and medical collaboration</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Strong matrix leadership and influence skills</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
