<p><strong>The Role</strong> </p>
<p>As a <strong>Project Support Coordinator</strong>, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth delivery of IT projects across our client base. Working closely with our <strong>Opportunity Managers</strong>, <strong>Project Managers and Quality Manager</strong>, you will ensure that <strong>internal and client requests</strong> are processed efficiently, project data remains <strong>accurate and up to date</strong>, and stakeholders receive <strong>clear, timely updates</strong>. You will also help <strong>spot and correct errors</strong>, ensuring our team delivers projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency. </p>
<p>This role requires <strong>strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities</strong>. You must be proficient in <strong>Excel and Word</strong> and comfortable handling <strong>written and verbal communications</strong> with internal teams. </p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<p><strong>Project Coordination & Administration</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Manage project requests</strong> through our ticketing system and dashboard, ensuring all tasks are addressed promptly. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Track and update <strong>project progress</strong>, ensuring information is <strong>accurate and complete</strong>. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identify and <strong>flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing details</strong> that could impact project delivery. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide <strong>regular updates</strong> to stakeholders regarding task status and expected completion times. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Communication & Prioritization</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a <strong>key point of contact</strong> for project support, ensuring smooth coordination between departments. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring internal teams and clients are kept <strong>informed of progress</strong>. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><strong>Manage conflicting priorities</strong>, ensuring urgent tasks are addressed while maintaining overall workflow. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting & Documentation</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Generate and distribute <strong>project status reports</strong> for both internal teams and clients. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update <strong>project documentation</strong> to ensure process consistency and compliance. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Utilize <strong>Excel and Word</strong> to create reports, track data, and ensure accuracy in project records. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Quality & Process Improvement</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the <strong>Quality Manager</strong> to ensure adherence to <strong>best practices and process guidelines</strong>. </li>
</ul>

<li>Help improve project efficiency by identifying and suggesting process enhancements. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support the team in delivering <strong>high-quality, compliant, and efficient IT projects</strong>. </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience</strong> in project support, coordination, administration, or a similar role. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong <strong>attention to detail</strong> – ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. </li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</strong> – able to provide clear updates and manage expectations. </li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Highly organized</strong> with the ability to manage multiple requests and <strong>conflicting priorities</strong>. </li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency in <strong>Excel and Word</strong> – comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation. </li>
