<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>As an Opportunity Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our Professional Services Team, reporting to the&nbsp;Manager of Professional Services; working directly with clients and the client experience team,&nbsp;to manage&nbsp;a pipeline of new professional opportunities and craft tailored technical solutions. In collaboration with the&nbsp;Client Experience and&nbsp;Project Management Teams, you’ll consult with both new and existing financial services&nbsp;and healthcare&nbsp;clients, guiding them through technical engagements that support their business needs. You’ll bring a problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills. Meeting deadlines is crucial, as is fostering relationships internally and with clients to encourage future projects and maintain a steady revenue stream from opportunities. You’ll be evaluated on proposal submissions, client satisfaction, and the conversion rate of new opportunities.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Professional Services Lifecycle Management:</strong>&nbsp;Oversee new professional services opportunities from initial proposal through to sign-off.
