We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.<br><br><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="269" data-local-id="07b25ce3-9685-47e4-923d-34ec83aa6a0e">We are seeking a Director/Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution for our <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">DSP</span> Platform,Connected TV (<span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">CTV</span></span></span>) product line and new initiative . This role owns the foundations that make the <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">DSP</span> scalable and self-serve (campaign workflows, bidding/pacing primitives, reporting/measurement surfaces, APIs, experimentation), while also driving <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">CTV</span>-specific capabilities (supply integrations, deal mechanics, creative standards, measurement, brand safety, and performance).</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="768" data-local-id="d41dccbf-9b36-4079-8aa9-512e348dbd34">You will operate at the intersection of engineering, data/ML, ad operations, supply partnerships, and revenue teams, translating market needs into platform bets and shipping roadmaps that improve scale, performance, reliability, and margin. The ideal candidate has deep programmatic advertising experience (especially <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">CTV</span>), strong platform product instincts, and a track record of building and leading high-performing PM teams.</p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <h4 id="Product-Strategy-&amp;-Roadmap-(Platform-+-CTV)" data-local-id="10876761-dd46-4150-8aa0-7f34e7a8376e" data-renderer-start-pos="1219">Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap (Platform + <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">CTV</span>)</h4> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1266" data-local-id="774f2a1c-4a24-464a-a83d-da0446435b57">Define and communicate a 12-24 month product vision for <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">DSP</span> Platform and <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">CTV</span> aligned with company OKRs (revenue growth, margin, scale, retention).</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1416" data-local-id="9cdf0b90-d70d-4cc1-a79d-1b78897abc46">Own the roadmap and prioritization across platform investments and <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">CTV</span>-specific capabilities (supply, deals, measurement, creative, policy).</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1560" data-local-id="5088eeea62ac">Build business cases for major initiatives and decide build vs buy vs partner.</li> </ul> <p><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Sprint Planning &amp; Delivery Monitoring</strong><br>• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for Platform and <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">CTV</span> squads: define sprint goals, prioritize work, clarify scope, confirm capacity, and manage cross-team dependencies.<br>• Ensure stories are execution-ready with clear acceptance criteria, instrumentation requirements, rollout plans, and a shared Definition of Ready/Done.<br>• Monitor sprint delivery health using lightweight metrics (commit vs complete, velocity trends, cycle time, blocked work) and drive corrective actions (re-prioritization, scope management, escalation of blockers).<br>• Facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives to improve predictability, quality, and team health;
