This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.</p> <h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>As a BI Analyst at RZR, you will transform data into the dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive decisions across Revenue, Product, and Operations. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions across assigned business domains — working closely with stakeholders, Data Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver reporting that is fast, accurate, and actionable.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You will write production SQL, build and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and use Python to automate and improve reporting workflows.
