You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Define and lead test strategies for major programs, including requirements verification, procedure development, and execution oversight. </li> <li>Author and review high-level test documentation including plans, procedures, readiness reports, and compliance matrices. </li> <li>Analyze complex test data, resolve anomalies, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions. </li> <li>Oversee test campaigns involving multiple disciplines (thermal, structural, EMI, functional) and ensure full traceability to system requirements. </li> <li>Mentor junior engineers and serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external test-related communications. </li> <li>Interface with program leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies during design reviews and formal test events. </li> <li>Ensure compliance with industry and military standards for test planning and reporting. </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering. </li> <li>5+ years of relevant experience in test engineering for aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems. </li> <li>Deep knowledge of environmental and performance test methodologies and standards. </li> <li>Experience leading complex test campaigns and multidisciplinary teams. </li> <li>Strong background in data analysis, systems engineering, and failure analysis. </li> <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and technical documentation skills. </li> <li>U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts. </li> </ul> PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Master's degree in engineering.</li> <li>Familiarity with systems engineering principles and test validation traceability. </li> <li>Expertise with data acquisition, test automation, and scripting (LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB). </li> <li>Knowledge of test standards such as MIL-STD-810, DO-160, or NASA/DoD specs. </li> <li>Experience working in classified or secure test environments. </li> <li>Active Secret or Top Secret clearance. </li> </ul> COMPENSATION <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Base Salary: $120,000-$195,000</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li> </ul> Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Work Location— this a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO office.</li> <li>Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.</li> <li>Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.</li> </ul> This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
