This role is highly CAD-intensive and ideal for an early-career engineer with strong 3D modeling skills and an interest in EV battery systems, flexible circuits, and high-voltage interconnect technologies.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Create and maintain detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings for current collector assemblies, battery interconnect systems, voltage sense harnesses, and related components.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support design and release activities for battery products from concept through production.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Work closely with senior engineers to develop and refine design solutions for EV battery applications.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist with component selection and electrical interface methods, including welded, crimped, soldered, ZIF, and other termination solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support prototype builds, hands-on assembly activities, and engineering development testing.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Participate in design reviews and DFM/DFA discussions with engineering and manufacturing teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support engineering change activities, drawing revisions, BOM updates, and product release documentation.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in DVP&R development and validation activities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Contribute to DFMEA, APQP documentation, and release-related engineering deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with manufacturing, process engineering, and quality teams during product builds and launch activities.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Support root cause investigations and design updates during prototype and early production phases.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Minimum Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="zgoyms" data-start="2342" data-end="2473"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related technical discipline.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="12wncv3" data-start="2474" data-end="2557"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="2476" data-end="2516">0–3 years of professional experience</strong> or relevant internship/co-op experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1xo5c35" data-start="2558" data-end="2664"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong proficiency with <strong data-start="2584" data-end="2664">3D CAD tools (SolidWorks strongly preferred; NX experience also considered).</strong></span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="85mcn4" data-start="2665" data-end="2750"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience creating detailed manufacturing drawings and applying GD&T fundamentals.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="ff0wbz" data-start="2751" data-end="2864"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interest in EV battery systems, battery interconnects, flexible circuits, or power distribution systems.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1amzp1w" data-start="2865" data-end="2977"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure through school projects, internships, Formula SAE, robotics, or industry experience is highly valued.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="13h6qs1" data-start="2978" data-end="3046"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with DFM principles and product development processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="qoxe26" data-start="3047" data-end="3130"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with prototyping, mechanical assembly, or lab work preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="14vntdb" data-start="3131" data-end="3215"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, or structured validation processes is a plus.</span></li>
