<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The Sales Associate is a high-impact execution role focused on improving sales efficiency and pipeline scalability.</li>
<li>Working closely with Account Executives, this role drives pipeline discipline, coordinates pre-sales, and ensures seamless execution across the sales cycle—from opportunity tracking to deal closure.</li>
<li>This role does not carry a quota but plays a critical part in revenue generation by enabling sellers to operate with greater focus, speed, and precision.</li>
<li>Based in Manila, Philippines, this role supports EMEA and Americas markets and operates on a night shift schedule to ensure alignment with global stakeholders. Time: 6:00 PM - 3: 00 AM</li>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Own Pipeline Excellence</strong><br>Maintain CRM accuracy, track deal progression, and proactively manage timelines, next steps, and pipeline health.</li>
<li><strong>Lead Proposal & RFP Execution</strong><br>Develop high-quality proposals, manage RFP processes end-to-end, and coordinate cross-functional inputs with speed and accuracy.</li>
<li><strong>Drive Pre-Sales Coordination</strong><br>Partner with Growth and Analysts to ensure deals are fully scoped, feasible, and positioned for success.</li>
<li><strong>Enable Sales Efficiency</strong><br>Streamline workflows across scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination to keep deals moving forward.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business development</li>
<li>Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) and pipeline management</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working with sales metrics, reporting, and process improvement</li>
<li>Proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have:</strong><br>Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or mobile marketing</p>
