<h2>Role Overview</h2>
<p>RZR is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our China sales team and drive new business across User Acquisition, Re-Engagement, Influencer, and CTV. This is a ground-floor opportunity — the ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong sales execution skills and a passion for mobile performance marketing.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver revenue growth across the region.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Drive pipeline growth by leveraging personal relationships and internal resources</li>
<li>Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for pipeline accounts across key verticals</li>
<li>Present RZR's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies</li>
<li>Secure new business contracts and successfully launch new customers</li>
<li>Leverage marketing resources — content, events, and ABM — to close business and build brand awareness</li>
<li>Attend industry events and conferences to represent RZR and build pipeline</li>
<li>Operate independently, balancing long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive aggressive regional results</li>
<li>Stay current on the latest trends in mobile advertising, privacy, and programmatic</li>
<li>Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Skills and Experience</h2>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of programmatic advertising sales experience with expertise in mobile marketing (UA, Re-Engagement, DSPs, SKAN, mobile attribution, and more)</li>
<li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, especially with app marketing decision makers</li>
<li>Strategic, consultative seller skilled at uncovering client challenges and aligning them with RZR's solutions</li>
<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels</li>
<li>Builder mindset with a track record of driving business growth beyond quota expectations</li>
<li>Collaborative approach — works effectively with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams</li>
<li>Self-starter who thrives working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes</li>
