This role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in translating complex technologies into stable, high-performing production processes who can effectively bridge the gap between development and high-volume manufacturing. This Senior Manager of Process Engineering will build and lead a high-performing team of process engineers, driving process capability, reducing variation, and advancing continuous improvement across critical manufacturing workflows.&nbsp; The leader will partner closely with Equipment Engineering, Product Development, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure processes are manufacturable, scalable, and aligned with product performance requirements.&nbsp;
