About the Role

Italic 正在深圳招聘一名产品助理,支持产品开发、工厂沟通和库存分析与规划。这个岗位适合细心、执行力强、擅长跟进细节的人。你需要帮助产品从想法推进到上线,和供应商、工厂保持清晰沟通,并用数据支持更准确的补货和库存决策。

工作职责

  • 支持产品从初始需求、打样、修改、生产到上线的完整流程。

  • 与工厂和供应商沟通样品、规格、报价、交期、包装和生产进度。

  • 跟进产品开发状态、待解决问题、样品反馈和下一步行动。

  • 维护产品规格表、成本表、上线进度表、采购订单信息和供应商资料。

  • 根据产品 brief、图片、尺寸、包装要求和质量标准检查样品和产品细节。

  • 支持库存分析、需求规划、补货建议,以及缺货和库存过高风险跟踪。

  • 整理销售、库存、售罄率、采购订单和产品表现等简单报表。

  • 与商品、运营、物流和创意团队协作,推动产品按计划上线。

  • 及时发现并反馈延期、成本变化、质量问题、库存风险和信息缺失。

任职要求

  • 常驻深圳,能够与本地工厂、供应商和产品开发流程紧密协作。

  • 细心、可靠,有很强的跟进意识和执行力。

  • 能够直接与工厂、供应商或外部合作方沟通并推动事项关闭。

  • 熟练使用表格,能够处理产品、库存和销售相关数据。

  • 书面沟通清晰,能同时管理多个产品或项目进度。

  • 了解产品开发、生产周期、电商运营或库存规划中的至少一部分。

  • 能够把零散信息整理成清楚的表格、总结和行动项。

加分项

  • 有电商、消费品、服饰、配饰、家居、美妆或自有品牌产品经验。

  • 有需求预测、采购订单、补货、库存对账或工厂跟进经验。

  • 有与中国本地工厂、供应商或海外团队协作的经验。

  • 具备中英文沟通能力。

  • 熟悉 Shopify、Google Sheets、Airtable、Notion、ERP/WMS 或库存规划系统。

Italic is looking for a Product Assistant in Shenzhen to support product development, factory communication, and inventory planning. This role is for someone detail-oriented and operationally strong who can help move products from idea to launch, keep vendors and factories on track, and use data to support smarter inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support product development from initial brief through sampling, revisions, production, and launch.

  • Communicate with factories and vendors on samples, specs, pricing, timelines, packaging, and production updates.

  • Track product development status, open issues, sample feedback, and next steps.

  • Help maintain product specs, cost sheets, launch trackers, purchase order details, and vendor records.

  • Review samples and product details against briefs, photos, measurements, packaging notes, and quality expectations.

  • Support inventory analysis, demand planning, reorder recommendations, and stockout or overstock tracking.

  • Prepare simple reports on sales, inventory, sell-through, purchase orders, and product performance.

  • Coordinate with merchandising, operations, logistics, and creative teams to keep launches moving.

  • Flag delays, cost changes, quality issues, inventory risks, and missing information early.

Requirements

  • Based in Shenzhen and able to work closely with factories, vendors, and local product-development workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.

  • Comfortable communicating with factories, suppliers, or external vendors.

  • Strong spreadsheet skills and comfort working with product, inventory, and sales data.

  • Clear written communication and ability to keep multiple workstreams organized.

  • Practical understanding of product development, production timelines, ecommerce operations, or inventory planning.

  • Able to turn messy inputs into clean trackers, summaries, and action items.

Helpful but not required

  • Experience with ecommerce, consumer products, apparel, accessories, home goods, beauty, or private-label products.

  • Experience with demand forecasting, purchase orders, replenishment, inventory reconciliation, or factory follow-up.

  • Experience working with overseas or China-based factories and suppliers.

  • Mandarin and English communication ability.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, ERP/WMS tools, or inventory planning systems.
