<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">One of our operating companies, <a href="https://redd.com.au/">REDD</a>, is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in Brisbane.</p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, engaging potential clients, generating new opportunities and driving pipeline growth. You will work closely with a high-performing sales team and receive the training, tools and support needed to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.</p>

<ul>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organisations</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives, contributing directly to revenue growth</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Manage and track activity in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Bring creativity and personality to your outreach while following a proven sales process</li>
</ul>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Skills required</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">2+ years’ experience in a BDR or sales role</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Previous IT sales experience highly desirable </li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Strong prospecting, cold calling and lead qualification skills</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is desirable</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport</li>
<li style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets</li>
