OUR VALUES <ul> <li class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message">Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.</li> <li class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message">What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.</li> <li class="ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message">It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.</li> </ul></div> YOUR MISSION  RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner </li> <li>Ensure established program baseline control processes are followed and meet business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives </li> <li>Use critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution to mitigate delays/issues that arise, communicate schedule impacts, and propose corrective actions to program partners </li> <li>Perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning. Support development of programmatic opportunities/risks and their mitigation strategies. Ensure mitigation tasks are in the schedule. </li> <li>Generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program and provide monthly status in conjunction with Program Finance </li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules and the Program Summary Master Schedule </li> <li>Schedule presentations which may include presentations to Program Management, Executive Leadership Team, or customers </li> <li>Establish and conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management </li> <li>Aid and provide guidance to program manager (PM) and engineering leads in developing appropriate schedule tasks, work-flow planning and summary roll-up tasks </li> <li>Identify and develop creative techniques to create, manage, and status an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that integrates both waterfall and Agile methods from a diverse group of stakeholders  </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS  <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree preferred </li> <li>Scrum master certification preferred </li> <li>Proficiency with Earned Value Management </li> <li>Experience analyzing data </li> <li>Producing and Delivering customer deliverables </li> <li>Experience with Critical Path Methodology </li> <li>Experience with audits and reviews </li> <li>Strong communication, writing & presentation skills </li> <li>Proficiency developing and managing hybrid schedules  </li> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies  </li> <li>Proficiency with MS Project and JIRA  </li> </ul>   COMPENSATION   <ul> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Base Salary: $120,000 -$165,000</li> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li> </ul> Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS  <ul> <li>Work Location—Successful candidates will be located near Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA.</li> <li>Work environment—the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job. </li> <li>Physical demands—the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving. </li> </ul> This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
