This role is ideal for someone early in their QA career who is passionate about ensuring product quality within the software lifecycle, learning automation tooling and collaborating with developers in a fast pace industry.  RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li data-uuid="c30b52d6-3ffd-421f-884f-abaaf50e187e">Execute manual and automated test cases against a full stack software</li> <li data-uuid="184a5496-7235-494e-a93a-347090750de0">Document and report software defects within the software lifecycle in Jira</li> <li data-uuid="80c7442e-c013-4902-9031-3d21dee83eca">Participate in an agile team sprint planning/stand ups</li> <li data-uuid="c401f82e-bdfe-48d5-bad0-a61c0b30e5a1">Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and reproduce issues</li> <li data-uuid="406e6e43-e014-445e-9fb4-076b138efe30">Assist in maintaining a growing test repository of manual and automated scripts within Playwright framework</li> <li data-uuid="5da2729e-2bc4-43cc-88f8-8c464168fbb7">Continuous contribution to QA standards and testing processes  </li> </ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul> <li data-uuid="3b1c5326-64ad-4225-b931-97c5a4d4b5c3">Bachelors degree in computer science or related field/equivalent education</li> <li data-uuid="1c65c271-6922-4e58-944b-3f0b89d3accf">0-2 years experience in software qa/testing (internships included) </li> <li data-uuid="4a4aeb39-7562-4132-9e20-97c9e8d58dd4">General understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and Agile processes</li> <li data-uuid="187d680c-765f-43a6-98f7-a7644e3311ac">Basic understanding of coding languages (preferred java script) </li> <li data-uuid="e3bb7d9f-bdbe-4b98-8f39-9d444c0a5989">Familiarity with Jira ticketing and Git</li> <li data-uuid="4649dd6e-c769-49a7-9401-c5dc7117dbf0">Strong attention to detail and problem solving </li> <li data-uuid="98954c3c-7c72-4fa6-b0aa-ac874bc15f94">Strong communication skills </li> <li>U.S. Citizen and eligible for DoD Secret or TS/SCI clearance</li> </ul> PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE <ul> <li data-uuid="d4599490-6751-4fd7-8804-dc80d02ce3a9">Exposure to automation tooling (playwright/cypress/selenium)</li> <li data-uuid="ffdb674d-8975-4220-bd07-545ada6bbd99">Experience with API tooling</li> <li data-uuid="2cd59be5-6d4c-4103-99a4-c6ae9f1007db">Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (github actions/ jenkins, etc.)</li> <li data-uuid="02128284-bac5-47dc-9f8d-adfbb5299390">Motivated to learn and grow within QA industry</li> <li data-uuid="caabfaca-bcbe-4e57-bf18-c7d364986cd1">Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset</li> <li data-uuid="6bf13499-105a-4d94-9937-0e0e44689df8">Ability to manage time and tasks effectively in a fast paced environment</li> <li data-uuid="c29397f5-7f5d-41df-a904-1e702d6e33f3">Flexible mindset</li> </ul> COMPENSATION <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Base Salary: $65,000 - $110,000</li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li> </ul> Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li>Work Location—this is a fully onsite role.
