In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our demand planning cycle by maintaining high-quality data and refining the assumptions that drive our inventory and logistics strategies.&nbsp;The ideal candidate enjoys diving into data sets, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring that our forecasting software reflects the most current market realities.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Forecast Auditing &amp; Maintenance: </strong>Utilize internal tools and processes to routinely audit the accuracy of demand forecasts and underlying assumptions.</li> <li><strong>Dynamic Data Updates:</strong> Re-run forecasts as needed to ensure all supply chain data remains permanently updated and actionable.</li> <li><strong>Forecast Inputs Modeling:</strong> Leverage established internal workflows to create new inputs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong>Partner with stakeholders across the company to verify data points and refine the logic used in demand modeling.</li> <li><strong>Process Efficiency: </strong>Manage personal workflow effectively, balancing quick-turn software processing with deeper analytical projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Daily Tasks &amp; Time Allocation<br></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>NPI</strong>: Integrate new products into the system. Track the release dates and keep the demand forecasts aligned with any changes.</li> <li><strong>Monthly Review</strong>: Updating the forecast inputs and rerunning the demand plan to reflect the latest data.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Deep Dives</strong>: Conduct data analysis to verify or create new forecast inputs.</li> <li><strong>System Testing</strong>: Supporting internal software quality assurance by cross-referencing outputs and bug reporting to the development team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications (Required)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>2+ years of experience</strong> in supply chain, demand planning, logistics etc.</li> <li><strong>Bachelor Degree </strong>in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Business Administrative, or any relevant studies.</li> <li>Experience in using tools like SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Blue Yonder (JDA), or proprietary internal systems.</li> <li>Great to have advanced Excel skillsets, SQL for extracting and managing large datasets.</li> <li>Experience with tracking software (e.g., Jira) or cross-referencing system outputs for quality assurance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Analytical Rigor</strong>: Ability to audit complex datasets and identify discrepancies in forecasting logic.</li> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency</strong>: Comfort working with demand planning software and internal data tools.</li> <li><strong>Communication</strong>: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Time Management</strong>: Ability to pivot between rapid system tasks and extended research-based analysis.</li> <li><strong>Detail Oriented</strong>: High standard for data accuracy to ensure forecasts remain reliable for the broader business.</li> </ul>
