This role is ideal for someone deeply experienced in AI integration, prompt engineering, and building scalable multi-agent architectures.</p> <p data-start="954" data-end="1130">You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing AI-driven workflows, working with cutting-edge tools and frameworks to bring advanced capabilities into production systems.</p> </div> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="czatke" data-start="1171" data-end="1218">Design and implement AI agents using Python</li> <li data-section-id="1i96bvn" data-start="1219" data-end="1278">Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems and workflows</li> <li data-section-id="1g5221m" data-start="1279" data-end="1350">Integrate LLMs using modern patterns and frameworks (e.g., Bedrock)</li> <li data-section-id="1dyxbzk" data-start="1351" data-end="1417">Develop prompt engineering strategies for high-quality outputs</li> <li data-section-id="105l0ac" data-start="1418" data-end="1475">Implement A2A (agent-to-agent) communication patterns</li> <li data-section-id="1mbk3jw" data-start="1476" data-end="1529">Build pipelines for image and document processing</li> <li data-section-id="1qdnzxz" data-start="1530" data-end="1619">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into user-facing applications</li> <li data-section-id="bzmcwf" data-start="1620" data-end="1679">Continuously evaluate and improve AI system performance</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Some Must-Haves:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="f7rm6j" data-start="1712" data-end="1759">5+ years of software engineering experience</li> <li data-section-id="voxlwe" data-start="1760" data-end="1796">Strong Python development skills</li> <li data-section-id="a5debx" data-start="1797" data-end="1857">Experience working with LLMs and AI integration patterns</li> <li data-section-id="1k6btcd" data-start="1858" data-end="1929">Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and agent-based systems</li> <li data-section-id="3krdce" data-start="1930" data-end="1985">Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration concepts</li> <li data-section-id="1b1qpuj" data-start="1986" data-end="2044">Experience with document or image processing pipelines</li> <li data-section-id="oozal5" data-start="2045" data-end="2112">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently</li> <li data-section-id="rfgcxo" data-start="2113" data-end="2155">Excellent English communication skills</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="130hp4v" data-start="2185" data-end="2240">Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar AI platforms</li> <li data-section-id="c97rp9" data-start="2241" data-end="2290">Familiarity with emerging AI agent frameworks</li> <li data-section-id="m0er6o" data-start="2291" data-end="2356">Experience optimizing AI workflows in production environments</li> </ul> <div> <h3><strong>Where We're Looking For It:</strong></h3> Latin America</div> <div>Open to 100% Fully Remote</div> <h3><strong>Other Information</strong></h3> <p>The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
