Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.</p> <p>As a Physical Therapist, you will use a hands-on, family-focused approach to services that strives to increase parents’ understanding of their child’s strengths &amp; needs, &amp; supports parents in learning how to foster their child’s growth &amp; development.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess and evaluate children's performance using standardized measures, focusing on postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, and adaptive device needs</li> <li>Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children, developing and following up on treatment goals within the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)</li> <li>Collaborate with staff, families, physicians, and agencies for team-based treatment planning and service delivery</li> <li>Maintain client records per Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations</li> <li>Participate in professional development, attend seminars, and complete required EI Specialist Certification for staff working 20+ hours with service coordination</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Registered in Massachusetts by the Board of Registration in Allied Health</li> <li>Experience working with infant and early childhood</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Varied, 5-25 hours per week available Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:30pm</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$70</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$70 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
