</ul></div><p>Eliot is seeking a driven <strong>Fee-for-Service Physical Therapist Bilingual in English/Portuguese </strong>to join our Early Intervention (EI) program which supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.</p>
<p>As a Physical Therapist, you will use a hands-on, family-focused approach to services that strives to increase parents’ understanding of their child’s strengths & needs, & supports parents in learning how to foster their child’s growth & development.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assess and evaluate children's performance using standardized measures, focusing on postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, and adaptive device needs</li>
<li>Provide transdisciplinary services to families and children, developing and following up on treatment goals within the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP)</li>
<li>Collaborate with staff, families, physicians, and agencies for team-based treatment planning and service delivery</li>
<li>Maintain client records per Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations</li>
<li>Participate in professional development, attend seminars, and complete required EI Specialist Certification for staff working 20+ hours with service coordination</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Registered in Massachusetts by the Board of Registration in Allied Health</li>
<li>Experience working with infant and early childhood</li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li>
<li>Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Varied, 5-25 hours per week available Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:30pm</p>
