<p>Position: HRM Specialist</p>
<p><br><br>What will you do?<br><br></p>
<ul>
<li>Dispatched management<br><br>-Strategic Vendor management<br><br>-Dispatched operation in volume<br><br>-Dispatch management process review, update and enhancement<br><br></li>
<li>Dispatch HR Metrics management<br><br>-Build and drive dispatch data analytic to support decision making process<br><br></li>
<li>Dispatch employee lifecycle management<br><br>-Employee data collection and verification<br><br>-Assist in resolving employee issues and provide necessary support.<br><br>-Work with business and vendors to oversee Dispatch employee performance and take necessary actions.<br><br></li>
<li>Support in operational HRBP objectives.<br><br></li>
<li>Other Administrative Tasks:<br><br> -Handle and oversee other HR-related administrative tasks.<br><br><br><br></li>
