Equal parts sanctuary and scene.</p> <p>We build spaces where anyone, with any body, can show up and feel better leaving than they arrived.</p></div><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p>We're hiring a Project Manager to support our construction and build-out efforts as we expand across new markets. Right now we have 8 active projects in flight, spanning everything from ground-up builds to renovations of existing spaces. You will report to the Director of Project Management and work closely with our contractors, our internal architectural design team, and location-specific teams (General managers, operations leads, facilities, staff, etc.) to help keep projects on schedule, on budget, and moving forward.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support day-to-day coordination across 8+ active construction/build-out projects</li> <li>Serve as a liaison between contractors, the internal architectural design team, and location teams to keep communication flowing and issues resolved quickly</li> <li>Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones — flagging delays or risks early</li> <li>Attend and help run site visits, walkthroughs, and progress meetings</li> <li>Maintain project documentation — drawings, submittals, change orders, punch lists</li> <li>Help manage the RFI (Request for Information) and submittal process between contractors and design</li> <li>Support permitting and inspection scheduling coordination with local jurisdictions</li> <li>Assist with vendor and contractor bid comparisons and onboarding</li> <li>Provide regular project status updates to leadership</li> <li>Troubleshoot on-the-ground issues in partnership with location teams as projects move toward opening</li> <li>Maintain project financial tracking with proposal and invoice updates</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in construction project management, general contracting, or a related field</li> <li>Familiarity with construction documents — drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs</li> <li>Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once</li> <li>Strong communicator — able to work cross-functionally with contractors, designers, and location staff with different working styles</li> <li>Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep documentation and timelines airtight</li> <li>Comfortable traveling to project sites as needed</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving processes</li> <li>Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Base salary: $80,000 - $100,000</li> <li>Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available</li> <li>PTO</li> <li>401K</li> <li>Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse &amp; guest passes</li> <li>50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
