<p>We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our rapid multi-market expansion — from NYC into Philadelphia and beyond. This role owns employee relations, policy execution, and HR partnership across a growing footprint of locations. You will work closely with site leadership to navigate the realities of scaling a people-first brand in new markets. We're looking for someone with the ability to build structure without losing the human touch that makes Bathhouse what it is.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Interprets company policies and counsels employees on employment issues. Assists with the implementation of new company policies and ensures compliance.</li>
<li>Consults with supervisors and managers on basic labor and employee relations issues.</li>
<li>Assists management at the tactical level to resolve issues and develop solutions.</li>
<li>Partners with the management team to effectively facilitate, administer, and execute established performance management processes such as, 1:1s, coaching discussions, disciplinary action, performance development or improvement plans, and formal performance reviews.</li>
<li>Participates in the recruitment and selection process for internal candidates. Responsible for interviewing and providing feedback on hiring decisions. Compensation to determine equitable employment offers.</li>
<li>Partners with other company functions to disseminate departmental or company-wide communications effectively.</li>
<li>Coordinates departmental changes including promotions, transfers, equity adjustments and restructures. Partners with management to create and/or update existing job descriptions as necessary.</li>
<li>Delivers training and development programs in partnership with departments as needed.</li>
<li>Actively support organizational change and continuous improvement efforts in conjunction with the Organizational Development (OD) team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years HR-related experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of HR policies and procedures along with general knowledge of employment laws and practices (ADA, FMLA, EEO, etc..).</li>
<li>Experience in staffing to include job postings, recruitment and onboarding</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Experience using HRIS system a plus</li>
<li>Able to perform duties with moderate supervision</li>
<li>Maintains a high level of confidentiality</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-time. Flexible weekend availability required.</li>
<li><strong>Compensation</strong>: $90-100k </li>
