They help&nbsp;members find high quality, convenient providers, facilitate appointments and accompanying&nbsp;paperwork, confirm expected copay and coinsurance, solve insurance-related or medical / dental&nbsp;billing issues. We get to know our clients’ employees, answering their questions and advocating on&nbsp;their behalf by phone, email, online, and with our easy-to-use app.</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As a Health Assistant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day member requests. You will&nbsp;need to write and speak articulately.
