The Company provides a personal on-demand, white-glove healthcare concierge service that helps its members find the highest quality, most convenient, lowest out-of-pocket care; available via web, phone, and mobile app.<br>The Company’s customers include large self-insured companies and small to medium-size businesses who provide TouchCare to their employees as a benefit.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">TouchCare’s Health Assistants act as the single point of contact for our members. They help members find high quality, convenient providers, facilitate appointments and accompanying paperwork, confirm expected copay and coinsurance, solve insurance-related or medical / dental billing issues. We get to know our clients’ employees, answering their questions and advocating on their behalf by phone, email, online, and with our easy-to-use app.</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As a Health Assistant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day member requests. You will need to write and speak articulately. Customer service experience or experience working in a medical / dental / vision office is helpful.</span><br><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have great communications skills, have patience when providing excellent customer</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">service and the discipline to perform the necessary follow-up activities to ensure your</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">customers value the expertise you provide</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Have the ability to process and explain various financial models when explaining the cost</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">differential between Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHPs) and more traditional health</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">plans (not mandatory as entry level HA)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You enjoy using technology, are comfortable with data and the use of multiple forms of</span><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">communicating with customers (text, voice, and email)</span></li>

<p><strong><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor degree preferred with 2+ years’ experience working in a health insurance advisory or related capacity</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years’ experience in a customer service environment</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years’ health insurance experience (broker, billing department representative, adjuster) - Not mandatory for entry level HA</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in a data-driven environment and a proven track record of achieving performance targets as required</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Good knowledge of the general healthcare ecosystem and trends (not mandatory for entry level HA)</span></li>
