This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support project safety quality control processes from pre-installation through closeout.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate safety inspections.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Track and manage safety reports, testing documentation, deficiencies, and punch lists</li> <li>Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA</li> <li>Partner with office to make sure that rules and policies are being followed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Formal training in scaffolding competent person, crane management, steel erection, emergency response, fall management, excavation and confined space, rigging, hazardous waste, NFPDS/erosion control, and identifying and correcting safety deficiencies in the field.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>A solid background in construction safety.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with all craft workers in a construction environment is essential.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
