Carlin is looking for a part-time Spice Representative to service retailers near the Menomonee Falls, WI area. You will be responsible for merchandising various spice products within assigned Woodman stores. Prior experience in merchandising in grocery is preferred. You must be able to lift, bend /stoop for extended periods of time. This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills. Reliable transportation, clean driving record, valid driver’s license and to maintain business level auto insurance is required. </li> <li>Location:  Menomonee Falls, WI and Waukesha, WI</li> <li>This position is part-time, 20 hours a week</li> <li>Salary: $12.00</li> <li>Position provides flexible workdays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Work is to be completed between Monday and Friday.</li> </ul> What You’ll Do at C.A. Carlin <ul> <li>Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering spice product, working spice product to shelves from new orders, etc.   </li> <li>Must maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores </li> <li>Must adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines </li> <li>Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to lift up to 25-40 pounds </li> <li>Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team </li> </ul> What You Should Bring to the Table <ul> <li>Local to the Menomonee Falls, WI area to service retailers </li> <li>1 year of Merchandising experience required </li> <li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance are required  </li> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent is required </li> <li>Must have a clean driving record  </li> <li>Must display a positive and professional attitude and appearance  </li> <li>Must have excellent communication skills </li> <li>Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision    </li> <li>Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Email and Internet Explorer)  </li> <li>Must have cell phone, printer and computer with internet accessibility </li> <li>May be subject to a background check and drug screening </li> </ul> Perks <ul> <li>Paid drive time</li> <li>Car stipend provided</li> <li>Paid time off (PTO) available</li> <li>401k Contribution eligibility </li> <li>Flexible monthly schedule</li> </ul> Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
