Carlin is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to service Woodman's.</li> <li>You will be responsible for selling, building relationships with store management, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts as well as reporting tasks in a reporting system, with varied merchandising opportunities </li> <li>This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.  </li> <li>Reliable transportation, clean driving records, valid driver’s license, and maintaining auto insurance are all required    </li> <li>Location Green Bay, WI- Territory covers Green Bay, Appleton, and surrounding areas.</li> <li>Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly depending on years of experience and expertise </li> <li>This position is full time 37.5 hours per week  </li> <li>At C.A. we are not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Carlin  <ul> <li>Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Woodman's.</li> <li>Function as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution – directly contributing to sales growth </li> <li>Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, adapt to quickly shifting business needs while consistently delivering sales objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.  </li> <li>Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently </li> <li>Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory. </li> <li>Must maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores </li> <li>Must adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines </li> <li>Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. throughout the workday  </li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds </li> <li>Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required. </li> <li>Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager </li> </ul> What You Should Bring to the Table  <ul> <li>Local to the Appleton, WI</li> <li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are all required    </li> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent is required   </li> <li>A clean driving record    </li> <li>Positive and professional attitude and appearance    </li> <li>Excellent communication skills   </li> <li>Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision      </li> <li>Cell phone, printer, and computer with internet accessibility   </li> <li>May be subject to a background check  </li> </ul> Perks  <ul> <li>PTO and Sick Days</li> <li>11 paid company holidays per year</li> <li>1 Floating Holiday </li> <li>2 paid volunteer days per year </li> <li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) </li> <li>Medical, dental, and vision </li> <li>Paid company life insurance </li> <li>Paid drive time  </li> <li>Cell Allowance</li> <li>Company gas card provided  </li> <li>Car stipend provided  </li> <li>Flexible monthly schedule  </li> </ul> Come As You Are  C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
