Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain accurateHR-relatedrecords and support compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements</li> <li>Prepare and issue employment- and payroll-related documents and certificates requested by employees (including employment contracts, contracts amendments etc.)</li> <li>Produce employment and earnings certificates, payroll confirmations, and other standard employment documents</li> <li>Collaboration with the dedicated residency legalization department regarding employment and changes to working conditions.</li> <li>PPK (Employee Pension Plan) administration</li> <li>Benefits administration</li> <li>Collaboration with an external payroll service provider regarding payroll processing and employee registration with ZUS</li> <li>Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Finance, Legal, Office Administration when needed</li> <li>Providing expert support to managers and employees regarding payroll and Polish labor law requirements</li> <li>Participate in payroll improvement initiatives, process optimization, and implementation of new tools or procedures</li> <li>Support audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews related to payroll and HR administration</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Proven professional experience in payroll administration and HR operations</li> <li>Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and payroll regulations</li> <li>Experience preparing documentation and statutory declarations</li> <li>Experience working with HRIS (Workday)&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li> <li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to manage confidential information with discretion</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders</li> <li>Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience collaborating with external payroll providers is an asset (Deel)</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred</li> <li>Payroll, HR, or accounting certifications are considered an advantage</li> </ul> <h3>English Level</h3> <p>Upper-Intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
