This is a key hire for our organization as we continue to scale our FP&amp;A function with support coverage for areas of the Marketing and Go-To-Market function. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Main responsibilities<strong>:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Own Marketing and a portion of the GTM budget, forecast, and long-range planning process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles</li> <li>Partner with Marketing and GTM leaders to model scenarios related to spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs</li> <li>Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into investment needs</li> <li>Act as the primary FP&amp;A business partner to Marketing, Growth, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations leadership, including VPs and Directors for Cost Investments and their growth strategies</li> <li>Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders</li> <li>Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on strategies and initiatives</li> <li>Support scenario modeling related to growth initiatives, product investments, and efficiency improvements</li> <li>Help drive data-driven decision making by highlighting trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement</li> <li>Develop and maintain Marketing spend forecasts, incorporating pipeline plans, campaign timing, and expected ROI</li> <li>Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into Marketing investment needs</li> <li>Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders</li> <li>Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on Marketing strategies and initiatives</li> <li>Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities related to Marketing execution and spend</li> </ul> <div><br><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></div> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a financial reporting function</li> <li>Undergrad degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics</li> <li>Detail oriented and highly organized</li> <li>Possess advanced Excel skills</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus</li> <li>Understanding of SaaS accounting/finance is a plus</li> <li>Ability to be flexible and meet strict deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members</li> </ul> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $68,000 and $102,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $76,000 and $113,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
