<p>We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented <strong>Manager, Accounting</strong> to serve as the operational accounting lead in a growing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, this individual will oversee a team of financial accountants and own a broad range of month-end and quarter-end close activities.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is highly accurate, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. The person will also bring a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance systems, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies. In this role, you will be a key contributor with regular exposure to senior leadership.</p>
<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including preparation and review of GAAP-compliant journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reports, and flux analyses</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities, including cash, accruals, payroll and benefits accounting, operating expenses, cost of revenue, software expenses and headcount and costing allocations</li>
<li>Coordinate and support statutory compliance and audits for international entities</li>
<li>Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements, including automation initiatives and SOX compliance enhancements, document and monitor internal controls </li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the month-end close process</li>
<li>Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors, including preparation and review of PBC deliverables</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and other departments to gather financial data and enhance reporting processes</li>
<li>Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis team members to help determine causes around budget variances</li>
<li>Be a central point of contact for queries directed to the corporate accounting for internal stakeholders and assist and lead ad-hoc projects</li>
<li>Manage key accounting systems and lead or support system optimization initiatives</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, including performance management and career development<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role</li>
<li>Prior experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm preferred</li>
<li>CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance requirements</li>
<li>Experience in a high-growth, publicly traded company environment preferred</li>
<li>Advanced organizational, analytical, and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (gSuite)</li>
<li>Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and Numeric preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to optimize accounting and finance processes</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li>
<li>Experience working with international teams and intercompany accounting/consolidation</li>
<li>Experience working with the tokenisation of software expense experience</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities</li>
</ul>
<p>For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $134,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $100,000 and $150,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="p-rich_text_section">
