You will operate as the senior delivery leader for the account—owning execution, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the client realizes measurable business value from Sureify’s platform.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong delivery discipline, executive presence, and the ability to lead through complexity style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of experience in professional services, program delivery, or consulting, ideally within life and annuity insurance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations and ongoing services</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing complex, multi-workstream delivery environments</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to drive operational rigor and delivery
