We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike.</p> <p data-start="1193" data-end="1468">At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.&nbsp;</p></div><p></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.</p> <ul> <li>Gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.</li> <li>Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models for reporting needs.</li> <li>Perform data analysis, validation, and transformation from multiple data sources.</li> <li>Create automated reports and MIS dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.</li> <li>Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.</li> <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization.</li> <li>Build and maintain Excel-based analytical models, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and advanced formulas.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and technical teams.</li> <li>Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues in a timely manner.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard &amp; Report Development</li> <li>Proficiency in Power BI - Advanced DAX , and Power Query.</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL, and performance tuning of stored procedures</li> <li>Proficiency in Advanced Excel&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with data visualization and data modeling concepts.</li> <li>Good understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Common Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>Strong ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders and work independently in time-critical environments</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Additional information</strong><br><em>Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</em></p></div>
