The DOC provides 24/7 remote monitoring and support for customer HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and facility operations across the country.</p> <p>We are specifically seeking operators interested in <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>weekend coverage and night shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM</strong>.</span></p> <p><strong>HVAC or Building Automation experience is preferred, but not required.</strong> We will provide training for candidates with related technical or facility experience, including:</p> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>HVAC dispatchers or service coordinators</li> <li>Facility engineers or building operators</li> <li>HVAC/BAS technicians</li> <li>Maintenance technicians/personnel</li> <li>Mechanical, electrical, or controls experience</li> <li>Other technical backgrounds with strong troubleshooting and computer skills</li> </ul> <p>DOC Operators monitor building systems and alarms, communicate with customers, coordinate technicians, assist with remote troubleshooting, and escalate critical issues when necessary.</p> <p>We are looking for people who are <strong>dependable, comfortable with computers and technology, good communicators, and able to work independently during nights and weekends.</strong></p> <p><strong>Interested in joining KBS and developing a career in Building Automation and Smart Building Operations?
