This role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring high-quality installations, and maintaining compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry codes.</p> <hr class="" data-start="758" data-end="761"> <h3 class="" data-start="763" data-end="792"><strong data-start="767" data-end="792">What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):</strong></h3> <ul data-start="794" data-end="1613"> <li class="" data-start="794" data-end="872"> <p class="" data-start="796" data-end="872">Supervise and lead daily activities of V/D technicians and installers.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="873" data-end="965"> <p class="" data-start="875" data-end="965">Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction drawings.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="966" data-end="1035"> <p class="" data-start="968" data-end="1035">Install, terminate, test, and label copper and fiber optic cabling.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1036" data-end="1097"> <p class="" data-start="1038" data-end="1097">Plan and manage labor, materials, and equipment required for assigned projects.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1098" data-end="1197"> <p class="" data-start="1100" data-end="1197">Ensure all work meets TIA/EIA standards, NEC code, and other local and safety regulations.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1198" data-end="1291"> <p class="" data-start="1200" data-end="1291">Conduct quality control inspections and testing using certification tools (e.g., Fluke testers).</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1292" data-end="1372"> <p class="" data-start="1294" data-end="1372">Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, and other trades.</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1373" data-end="1459"> <p class="" data-start="1375" data-end="1532">4+ years of experience in structured cabling, low voltage, or AV installation</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1460" data-end="1532"> <p class="" data-start="1462" data-end="1532">Prior experience in a&nbsp;<strong>Foreman or Lead Technician role</strong></p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1460" data-end="1532"> <p class="" data-start="1462" data-end="1532">Strong knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>fiber optics, copper cabling, and AV system installation</strong></p> </li> <li class="" data-start="1460" data-end="1532"> <p class=""
