We’re one of the largest engineering and system integration firms in the United States providing value for our clients through IT automation and control solutions for more than 30 years to the Life Sciences, Mission Critical, Metals & Mining, Warehousing & Distribution, and CPG/Food & Beverage industries. Our national and global scale allows us to help our clients develop and implement standardized solutions at any of their facilities regardless of physical location or the local resources available at that site.     <div data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">We’re adding to our team!  We are seeking a Senior Rockwell Automation Engineer to perform all aspects of process automation engineering and system integration, including initial concepts, specifications, design engineering, documentation, project implementation, testing, startup, and training of operating and maintenance personnel.  As an automation expert, you will be a key member of a diverse team of professionals developing solutions for our client’s most complex automation challenges.</div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>You will:</div> <ul> <li>Lead or work on a project team responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of continuous and batch control applications.</li> <li>Anticipate and provide solutions to project leadership and/or customer giving high priority to customer satisfaction offering strong technical expertise and advisement as part of the project team.</li> <li>Adapt to a flexible work schedule & travel, if necessary, to participate in the design, development, and start-up of control systems at the client’s facility.</li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a class="Hyperlink SCXW243457903 BCX0" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" target="_blank">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. </li> </ul>   <div>You have:</div> <ul> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">8+ years PLC experience in industry.  Huge+ if you have GMP experience. </div> </li> <li>BS Engineering</li> <li>Detail oriented with strong technical aptitude and desire for learning new technologies.</li> <li>Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, design criteria and codes relevant to Instrumentation and Controls</li> <ul> <li>ISA S88 Batch standard</li> <li>ISA S95 Controls System Architecture standard</li> <li>GAMP 5 & cGMP</li> <li>21 CFR Part 11</li> </ul> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop process control system applications, utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, configuration of thin client server applications, design, developing & maintaining databases for data collection, configuring process historians and using reporting tools to present process data to operations & management, tuning control loops, providing control system startup services, troubleshooting existing control systems and providing control system qualifications.</li> <li>Expertise with the design, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of virtual server-based control system architectures, and understanding of control system network topology.</li> <li>Knowledge of process instrumentation specification, installation & troubleshooting, and control panel design, check-out, commissioning & troubleshooting.</li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div>We are seeking Application Knowledge in:</div> <ul> <li>PLC Programming with Rockwell Studio5000, RSLogix5000</li> <ul> <li>Ability to program in RLL, SFC and ST</li> </ul> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">Experience programming various other control systems is desired (i.e., Ignition, Siemens, and DeltaV)</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">Experience implementing batch solutions using FactoryTalk Batch or similar applications</div> </li> </ul>     Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
