You will take a leadership role in reviewing project proposals and vetting project estimates. You will develop and communicate a clear understanding of the client’s project goals and maintain the company’s alignment to these goals, enabling your team to exceed client expectations and budgeted profitability.    You will:  <ul> <li>Lead Management of scope, resources, schedule, and budget for projects</li> <li>Serve as primary customer interface. Able to take feedback from SME/technical resources and the client to ensure both groups are aligned on scope and delivery timeframes.</li> <li>Provide reports to customers around current execution and forecasting for upcoming work.</li> <li>Maintain business systems focused on accurate resource and financial forecasts and estimated at completion cost.</li> <li>Work with various stakeholders both our customers and E Tech Group. </li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" data-auth="NotApplicable" data-linkindex="12">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. </li> </ul> You have:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent background. </li> <li>5 years in project engineering environment with at least 3 years of dedicated project management experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with Automation and Controls.</li> <li>Understanding of Biopharmaceutical processes</li> <li>Understanding of control system network topology</li> <li>Experience with CAPEx projects</li> <li>Excellent communication and organization skills. </li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. </li> </ul> You may have:  <ul> <li>GMP and validation experience</li> <li>Experience in one or more of the following platforms: Aveva PI, Ignition, Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, GE, and Wonderware</li> <li>Experience managing projects in regulated/GxP environments</li> <li>Knowledge of S88 Batch standards and experience implementing batch systems</li> <li>PMP Certification</li> </ul>   Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
