This role exists to ensure exterior components can be manufactured at the required quality, capacity, timing, and cost while preserving Lucid’s design intent. You will influence supplier selection, manufacturing feasibility, tooling readiness, process controls, APQP execution, PPAP approval, and launch performance. In your first 12 months, success will be demonstrated through capable supplier processes, completed qualification milestones, on-time tooling and Run@Rate readiness, and effective resolution of quality or capacity risks. This role offers hands-on ownership across both product development and supplier manufacturing, with the opportunity to create new methods for complex Class A exterior components.
