This staff-level individual contributor will provide technical leadership across supplier selection, manufacturing feasibility, tooling readiness, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), capacity validation, and issue resolution. You will influence product and process decisions across internal teams and supplier organizations, while developing scalable standards and control strategies for complex exterior components. In the first 12 months, success will include establishing clear industrialization plans, reducing supplier and launch risk, achieving production readiness, and ensuring assigned suppliers consistently meet Lucid's quality, timing, and capacity expectations. This role offers direct ownership of highly visible components and the opportunity to shape manufacturing methods that bring distinctive exterior designs to production.  What You'll Own  <ul> <li
