QA Engineer - Performance Tester at OneSpan

Our solutions enable trust that ensures the integrity of the people and artifacts associated with digital agreements and transactions across banking, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>Specialized QA role focused on performance, scalability, and reliability testing of web&nbsp;applications, APIs, and distributed systems.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests</li> <li>Build reusable scripts using k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust</li> <li>Analyze performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks</li> <li>Execute tests in Linux, Docker, and AWS environments</li> <li>Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps on performance optimization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–6 years of performance testing experience</li> <li>Strong expertise with at least one performance tool (k6 preferred)</li> <li>Scripting in JavaScript, Java, or Python</li> <li>Strong Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS exposure</li> <li>Excellent analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;">#LI-Onsite<br>#LI-LS1</span></p>
