Our solutions enable trust that ensures the integrity of the people and artifacts associated with digital agreements and transactions across banking, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Technical Lead</strong> to own the design and delivery of scalable, secure backend services for authentication and identity platforms.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead architecture and development of Java-based services and REST APIs</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive scalability, reliability, and security across distributed systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with product, security, and platform teams to deliver high-impact features</p> </li> <li> <p>Champion best practices for zero-downtime deployments, observability, and system</p> </li> <li> <p>resilience</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of software product development experience, where products are in use at scale&nbsp;by customers</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years of experience as a tech lead for product development teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven experience with identity and authentication platforms</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong expertise in Java, distributed systems, and API design</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with zero-downtime deployments and production-grade systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle/NoSQL)</p> </li> <li> <p>Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-based deployments</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience using AI-assisted coding tools</p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;">#LI-Onsite<br>#LI-LS1</span></p>
