You'll manage a team of senior and associate recruiters, own our highest-stakes searches personally, and set the strategy and standards for how Mochi hires across engineering, product, clinical, and operations.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is a builder role. You'll inherit a recruiting team that's already moving fast and shape it into a world-class hiring engine: better pipelines, sharper interview loops, higher offer acceptance, and a candidate experience that reflects the caliber of the company we're building. The salary range listed represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations.
