We now have an opportunity for an SEA Manager to join the team and we are searching for someone with strong experience in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment. In this role, you will work across Search & Shopping on the Shark & Ninja brands for Germany, playing a crucial role in delivering further growth in 2026 and beyond. What You'll Be Doing <ul> <li>Day-to-day management of Search & Shopping accounts (multi-million-euro annual budget)</li> <li>Analyse and interpret performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to drive incremental growth</li> <li>Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting against forecasts and KPIs</li> <li>Maintain gold-standard account hygiene and take a best-in-class approach to campaign setup and optimisation, collaborating with peers across the globe</li> <li>Leverage automation where appropriate and continuously optimise bidding strategies, click-through rates, and cost efficiency</li> <li>Monitor and analyse competitor activity</li> <li>Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying and testing innovative opportunities to drive long-term growth</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams including customer insights, merchandising, commercial finance, and analytics</li> <li>Create, implement, and refine a successful category strategy aligned with SharkNinja's objectives and goals</li> <li>Maximise the value of technology platforms and external partnerships (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising)</li> <li>Keep up to date with the latest industry news and share learnings to upskill the wider team</li> </ul> What We're Looking For <ul> <li>Fluent in German (written and spoken)</li> <li>At least 2 years' experience in SEA, ideally working on eCommerce brands</li> <li>At least 1 year's experience managing a monthly budget exceeding €50k</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset</li> <li>A self-starter with genuine curiosity and a drive to experiment</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities</li> <li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages competing priorities effectively</li> <li>Advanced data analysis skills; strong analytical knowledge is essential</li> <li>Experience working in a retail environment would be advantageous</li> <li>Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certification preferred; experience with SA360 would be advantageous</li> <li>Experience using AI-powered campaign tools and Google Analytics is advantageous</li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion"><div> Our Culture At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
