Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&amp;D.</p></div><p>The Head of Equity &amp; Executive Compensation leads the global strategy, design, and governance of&nbsp;Nebius’ equity and executive pay programs.
