About the Role

<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>As an <strong>Operations Supervisor</strong>, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless center operations by collaborating closely with clinical managers and cross-functional departments. You’ll drive efficiency, financial performance, and service excellence by leveraging data-driven insights and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, optimizing resources, and working collaboratively to implement strategic initiatives. This position is an on-site position reporting directly to the Regional Operations Supervisor.</p> <p><br><strong><u>What You Will Do:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead Daily Operations &amp; Performance</strong> – Oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day function, full capacity utilization, and a high standard of service delivery.</li> <li><strong>Maximize Efficiency Through Data-Driven Decisions</strong> – Analyze and act on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency, treatment integrity, and financial success.</li> <li><strong>Optimize Scheduling &amp; Compliance</strong> – Manage and ensure the accuracy of scheduling, payroll, and record-keeping systems while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and funding requirements.</li> <li><strong>Ensure Financial Health &amp; Resource Allocation</strong> – Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure clients receive their full recommended treatment dosage while maintaining fiscal responsibility.</li> <li><strong>Create a Best-in-Class Employee &amp; Client Experience</strong> – Maintain a well-equipped, organized, and high-performing center that fosters a positive, engaging environment for both employees and clients.</li> <li><strong>Develop &amp; Lead High-Performing Teams</strong> – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.</li> <li><strong>Enhance Collaboration &amp; Cross-Functional Alignment</strong> – Build strong relationships between staff, clinicians, and families to support seamless therapy delivery and operational success.</li> <li><strong>Problem-Solve &amp; Adapt in a Constantly Changing Environment</strong> – Identify challenges, implement proactive solutions, and execute strategies to continuously improve center performance.</li> <li><strong>Facilitate Communication &amp; Change Management</strong> – Lead meetings, provide clear updates on initiatives, and champion company strategies with a solutions-oriented mindset.</li> <li><strong>Strengthen Community &amp; Referral Partnerships</strong> – Collaborate with local organizations to expand resources, build referral networks, and support census growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What Will Set You Apart:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED</li> <li>Intermediate computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry</li> <li>Good planning and organizational skills</li> <li>Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills.</li> <li>1-3 years previous experience in a management role</li> <li>Ability to multi-task in a busy office with frequent interruptions</li> <li>Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.</li> <li>A proactive approach to &nbsp;problem-solving with strong decision-making skills</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in related field</li> <li>Prior administrative experience</li> <li>Multilingual English and Spanish&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of general Human Resources&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>What We Offer:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>This is a full time, salary, exempt &nbsp;position</strong></li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Compensation range commensurate with field experience - $50K-$60K</strong></li> <li>Lucrative performance-based bonus plan</li> <li>Annual performance-based increases</li> <li>Monthly mobile device reimbursement</li> <li>Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision)</li> <li>Disability and Life Insurance&nbsp;</li> <li>Parental Leave</li> <li>401K match</li> <li>Wellness reimbursement</li> <li>Commuter&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Ready to join us in making a difference?
