<h4><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></span></h4>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are seeking <strong>full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)</strong> to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this role, you will provide impactful therapy services to children ages <strong>2–8</strong> in our clinic locations.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and have experience across areas such as <strong>ASD, apraxia, phonological processes, articulation, language, voice, pragmatics, AAC, and feeding</strong>. <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, effective treatment plans</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build and manage a full caseload across our expanding clinic network</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress using clinical observations, caregiver feedback, and standardized assessments</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and billing</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality care</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide education, training, and support to families and caregivers</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Design engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy activities</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage time effectively and work independently when needed</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Foster a positive, professional, and supportive clinical culture</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Represent The Place for Speech with enthusiasm and professionalism</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Who We’re Looking For:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">CCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility to obtain</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Valid Illinois driver’s license and car insurance</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bilingual Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Knowledge of speech therapy billing practices</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Reliable transportation to multiple clinic locations</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills</span></li>
