More info at <a href="http://Akidolabs.com">Akidolabs.com</a>.</p></div><p><span data-teams="true"><strong>The Opportunity</strong><br>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>IT Support Specialist I</strong>&nbsp;to join our growing IT support team. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is essential in maintaining day-to-day technical operations across the organization. You’ll play a key role in supporting end-users with hardware and Office 365 tools, ensuring seamless productivity and minimal downtime. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.</li> <li>Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and peripheral devices.</li> <li>Support end-users with Microsoft Office 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.</li> <li>Assist in setting up new employee workstations, accounts, and devices.</li> <li>Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.</li> <li>Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Document support activities, technical solutions, and standard procedures.</li> <li>Escalate more complex technical problems to senior technicians or system administrators.</li> <li>Collaborate with other IT staff to improve support processes and user experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree or equivalent certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Able to work independently and as part of a team <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>A+ Certification or similar IT credential <em>(preferred)</em></li> <li>Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems <em>(preferred)</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Health benefits</li> <li>401K</li> <li>Long-term disability</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Paid Leaves</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$23</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$24 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Akido Labs, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage qualified applicants of every background, ability, and life experience to contact us about appropriate employment opportunities.</p></div>
