<p><strong>As our Enterprise Specialist, you will be required to: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Services delivered by the Enterprise Specialist shall be limited to assisting Company with its management of Envoy-related immigration Matters. These services may include:</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Initiating cases on the Envoy Platform on the clients behalf as requested </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":144,"335559991":144}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinating with new hires and existing the clients employee who have questions about their ongoing cases</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Fielding internal immigration and perm residency questions to coordinate with the appropriate subject matter experts </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":144,"335559991":144}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proactively monitoring case progress against start dates and expected timelines</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinating fully with our clients HR team (People Consultants, People Practices Team, Candidate Support Advisors), TA (Talent Acquisition Team), client employees, Envoy’s customer service teams, and signatories to complete case documentation</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559685":144,"335559991":144}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Coordinate with internal parties for approval on work authorization renewals </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Other services as mutually agreed by the Parties</span></li>
