We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.</p> <p>You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. You’ll bring strong technical skills, excellent communication, and sound judgment—knowing when to act independently and when to ask for help.</p> <p class="" data-start="880" data-end="1140">This isn’t a role for a lone wolf—we succeed through <strong data-start="933" data-end="989">collaboration, resourcefulness, and shared ownership</strong>. You should be confident in your ability to deploy, configure, and support infrastructure, but humble enough to know when it’s time to loop others in.</p> <p class="" data-start="1145" data-start="557" data-end="666">Serve as a trusted technical resource for escalated support, infrastructure projects, and client onboarding</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="667" data-end="769"> <p class="" data-start="669" data-end="769"><strong data-start="669" data-end="718">Deploy and manage Windows Server environments</strong>, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="770" data-end="852"> <p class="" data-start="772" data-end="852"><strong data-start="772" data-end="817">Configure and support SonicWall firewalls</strong>, including VPNs and NAT policies</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="853" data-end="945"> <p class="" data-start="855" data-end="945">Execute <strong data-start="863" data-end="895">disaster recovery procedures</strong> using </strong></p> <ul> <li class="" data-start="142" data-end="238"> <p class="" data-start="144" data-end="238">Minimum of <strong data-start="155" data-end="180">5 years of experience</strong> in an IT consulting or MSP environment (non-negotiable)</p> </li> <li>Excellent <strong data-start="919" data-end="970">written and verbal English communication skills</strong>—clear, professional, and client-facing</li> <li class="" data-start="239" data-end="359"> <p class="" data-start="241" data-end="359">Proven ability to&nbsp;<strong data-start="259" data-end="308">deploy and manage Windows Server environments</strong>, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs</p> </li> <li class="" data-start="360" data-end="471"> <p class="" data-start="362" data-end="471">Hands-on experience
