<p data-start="667" data-end="932">We’re looking for a <strong data-start="687" data-end="726">calm, confident Office Manager</strong> to be the steady hand behind a high-energy owner behind the #1 window cleaning business in South Florida. This role isn’t about moving fast for the sake of it. It’s about moving <strong data-start="849" data-end="891">thoughtfully, accurately, and reliably</strong> — so nothing slips through the cracks.</p>
<p data-start="370" data-end="513">This role is not about being reactive. It’s about owning systems end-to-end so the business runs clean, predictable, and without dropped balls.</p>
<p data-start="515" data-end="712">You’ll protect the owner’s time, ensure every lead turns into a tracked opportunity, and keep revenue-moving processes (estimates, follow-ups, email marketing, and compliance) running without gaps.</p>

<h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2>

<li data-section-id="mywz24" data-start="621" data-end="744">Own Live Switch coordination by scheduling virtual estimates and ensuring both client and technician are fully prepared</li>
<li data-section-id="yce0us" data-start="745" data-end="855">Run the email marketing engine end-to-end including copy, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting</li>
<li data-section-id="pvxdta" data-start="856" data-end="975">Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) end-to-end including tracking, renewals, and 24-hour turnaround on requests</li>
<li data-section-id="rxmmev" data-start="976" data-end="1095">Protect the lead-to-quote handoff by ensuring all inbound leads are logged in Jobber same-day with complete details</li>
<li data-section-id="pro7zs" data-start="1096" data-end="1197">Coordinate cross-functional execution between the owner, sales, field techs, and external vendors</li>
<li data-section-id="q4t77" data-start="1198" data-end="1285">Maintain inbox and calendar hygiene to ensure zero missed commitments and conflicts</li>
<li data-section-id="1u5h02z" data-start="1286" data-end="1361">Keep Jobber 100% accurate across all leads, quotes, and job information</li>
<li data-section-id="1gd4131" data-start="1362" data-end="1442">Follow up on unbooked jobs and leads to drive conversion into scheduled work</li>
<li data-section-id="1cydma" data-start="1443" data-end="1530">Manage hiring logistics including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling</li>
<li data-section-id="12cr4if" data-start="1531" data-end="1635">Maintain complete and compliant employee records including documentation and onboarding requirements</li>

<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>9AM - 5PM EST</p>
<p><strong><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0">Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):</span></strong></p>
<p>- $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience<br>- Annual bonus up to $2,250 including $500 at 90-days<br>- 13th month pay<br>- 16 Days PTO <br>- Comprehensive HMO, including dependents. Health, life, vision, and dental insurance. <br>- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development</p>
