Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups.</li> <li>Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, common diseases, veterinary terminology, and pet behavior.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to ensure a positive client experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li> <li>Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Totalbond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel</strong></p> <p>The team at TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel is here when your pet isn't feeling their best.
