The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, preferably with experience in electric vehicles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding the brand's reputation through meticulous vehicle care. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct thorough inspections and routine maintenance of electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong attention to detail including body panel fit and finish.</li> <li>Maintain detailed records of all service activities and communicate effectively with the press relations team to schedule maintenance and repairs around media events.</li> <li>Work efficiently within a collaborative workshop environment</li> <li>Partner with the marketing team to understand the specific requirements for each vehicle</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Capability to diagnose and repair complex electrical systems, including high-voltage batteries, electric motors, and charging systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime.</li> <li>A capacity to creatively solve problems and think quickly in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Flexible work availability and ability to travel as needed to support Sales & Marketing efforts (up to 20% at times)</li> <li>Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and vendors</li> <li>An innate drive to maintain product and company reputation, always complying with company communications policies</li> <li>Provide technical support during press events and ensure that all vehicles are presented in the best possible condition.</li> <li>A passion for our mission, our people, and our customers</li> </ul> Advantageous: <ul> <li>OEM Certified Master Technician</li> <li>EPA 609 Certification</li> <li>OEM Specific Technician Training</li> <li>Automotive Technology/Technician Degree or equivalent experience</li> <li>Startup experience</li> <li>Experience supporting Marketing & Sales events</li> <li>Experience in luxury automobile repair environments</li> <li>Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer</li> </ul> Pay Range: USD $34.62- $45.00 <div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
