This role requires a polished professional with exceptional technical expertise, discretion, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with little to no direction. The engineer will serve as the primary point of contact for executive technology needs, ensuring seamless productivity, communication, and security across devices, applications, and collaboration platforms.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="675"><em data-renderer-mark="true"><u data-renderer-mark="true">Note</u>:</em> Due to the nature of this role, there will be moments where a traditional work week or hours will not apply. meetings and events</strong>, including video conferencing, telepresence, and boardroom AV technology.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1448">Maintain and configure executive devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies and security standards.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1595">Partner closely with IT leadership, security data-renderer-mark="true">Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2300"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Experience:</strong> 5+ years in IT support roles, with at least 2 years supporting executives or VIPs in a corporate environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2425"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Technical Expertise:</strong></p> <ul class="ak-ul" data-indent-level="2"> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2449">Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2549">Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2622">Familiarity with AV conferencing technologies (Cisco, Polycom, Zoom Rooms, etc.).</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2707">Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, mobile hotspots).</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2793">Experience with enterprise security
